The tax authorities are said to have filed a complaint against Lawrence Dallaglio in the High Court in London on Tuesday.
However, speaking to The Sun on Thursday, the Rugby Union and England legend insisted on Thursday that “someone is looking after it”.
He said: “Everything is OK. No reason to worry. I have someone taking care of it.
Dallaglio was part of the 2003 England squad that beat Australia in the World Cup final and is now a regular pundit on BT Sport’s coverage of the Gallagher Premiership.
The legendary Wasps number 8 was believed to be part of the consortium looking to purchase Wasps, although this development is not meant to affect the current sale.
