New Zealand skipper Kane Williamson said on Tuesday that Pakistan and Bangladesh were two tough teams in the T20.
Pakistan is due to play a tri-nation series with the Black Caps and Bangladesh from October 7 (Friday).
Looking forward to the tri-series, Williamson said the team had the opportunity to play against two good teams in the shortest format of the game.
“This series will benefit us before the mega T20 World Cup,” said the skipper, adding that there are also warm-up matches after the series.
Cricketer Mitchell Santner said playing against the Men in Green and Bangladesh would give the Kiwis a boost. “Our team has good players and we have focused on all areas,” he added.
Pakistan’s first match in the series is against Bangladesh, while the final is to be played on October 14.
