Team India will face West Indies in the fourth T20I of the five-game series in Lauderhill, Florida on Saturday. India lead the series 2-1, having won the ODI series 3-0 last month. Before the fourth T20I, the versatile Indian Hardik Pandya reunited with his former Mumbai Indians teammate Kieron Pollard. Hardik rested for the ODI series, before returning to the squad for the T20Is. Recently, Hardik visited Pollard’s home and shared photos on social media. In the photos, Hardik can be seen posing alongside Pollard and his family.

The fourth and fifth T20I will be played in Florida on Saturday and Sunday, respectively.

Hardik, who is India’s vice-captain for the current series, credited skipper Rohit Sharma and head coach Rahul Dravid to ensure more freedom, flexibility and communication for players.

“Ro gives you a lot of flexibility and freedom which is his strength throughout his time as captain every time I played with him,” said Hardik Pandya after India took a 2 lead. -1 in the five-game series against the Windies.

“A lot of credit here too goes to him and Rahul Dravid for the way they put the team together and for making sure that a lot of positive mindset comes into play and the players feel safe; they don’t look over their shoulder; making sure they have plenty of chances; they’re also told if they’re not playing, and that’s something to be commended,” Pandya added.
